General Conditions of Rental

1. AGE REQUIRMENT:Minimum age required 21.

2. DRIVER'S LICENCE: Valid and held at least one year.

3. MINIMUM RENTAL: 24 hours. excess time is calculated 1/5 of daily rate per hour.

4. METHOD OF PAYMENT: The estimated charge is payable in full at the biginning of the rental period.

5. INSURANCE: All authorised drivers of PEGASUS vehicles are covered against fire, theft and liability to third parties for death, injury or damage to property.

6. COLISION DAMAGE WAIVER: Renter's responsibility for damages to cars can be waived by paying 2.500 drs per day for group A, 3.000 drs for V,C and D provided colision damages were not due to violations of the Greek Traffic Law. Damages to tyres and the underside of the car are not covered.

7. PETROL: Payable by renter.

8. BABY SEATS: Available at extra charge of 1.000 drs per day.

9. DELIVERY - COLLECTION: Free in all town and Airports offices. Free to / from hotels in town.

10. FERRYING THE CAR: Only with written permission.

11. ROAD SERVICE: During business hours (8 a.m. - 9 p.m.) free road service.

12. TRAFFIC FARES: Tickets and attached administative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are borne solely by the renter.

13. TAXES: All rates are subjects to 18% VAT
